JVA Construction Services is a family owned and operated business that has been serving the Central New York area since 1986. Our business represents our personal reputation, and we take that very seriously. Vic Lisi is very conscientious about the finished product, and is personally involved in every project from start to finish. Marco Lisi, who is a fine craftsman in his own right, leads our experienced team of carpenters, designers and when necessary, subcontractors.
